Standard PDF (over 48 hours): $0.50 per page

Rush PDF (less than 48 hours): $0.60 per page

Expedite PDF (less than 24 hours): $0.90 per page

Standard PDF with full audio: $1.00 per page

Standard Case CAT (over 48 hours): $0.55 per page

Rush Case CAT (less than 48 hours): $0.65 per page

Expedite Case CAT (less than 24 hours): $0.95 per page

Spot audio is included with Case CAT rates. Full Audio rate is double. Example: Case C Standard (over 48 hours) would be $1.05/page.

Rates are based on industry standards for fully scoped transcripts with up to 25 lines per page. Additional lines are calculated to reflect the 25-line page rate.

Please notify me when you’ve received a job that needs to be rushed, expedited, or if you have a long transcript (200+ pages) to make sure I can accommodate you.

An extra rate of $0.10 per page may be added if there are an unusual amount of corrections or if the transcript doesn’t seem fully scoped. This is rare, but I will contact you to discuss if this appears to be the case after completing the first 10 pages.
